Erica is a graduate of West Virginia University with dual degrees in Marketing and Sociology. She is a project coordinator with The Continuous Learning Group (CLG), a consulting company located in Morgantown.
Ryan graduated from West Virginia University College of Business and Economics where he majored in Marketing. During his time at WVU, Ryan assisted in the management, operation and marketing of 78 rental units throughout Morgantown, while maintaining a 100% occupancy rate for three consecutive years! Ryan has experience in developing and executing detailed business plans and understands the importance of meeting short and long term goals. In addition to his education he also brings experience in negotiating contracts and overcoming challenges in the real estate business. Being detail oriented and goal driven allows him to successfully fulfill all his clients’ needs in a timely manner!
Prior to joining J.S. Walker, Associates, Ryan was employed full-time at Mylan Park where he was involved in the day-to-day development and operation of a 300 acre, educational and recreational Facility. In addition to his full time obligations, Ryan enjoyed devoting countless hours of volunteer work to go above and beyond the expectations as an employee. Ryan also brings knowledge and experience in building practices gained from his involvement with various local builders as well as the Carpenters Union Local #604 based out of Morgantown.
