Eliza was born and raised in a small town in Southeastern Pennsylvania. She came to West Virginia University for her Bachelor’s degree and immediately fell in love with the area. She recently married a Fairmont native, and they have established their roots in North Central West Virginia. Having transplanted herself to Morgantown, Eliza has been able to see much of the beauty and charm offered by Morgantown that could be taken for granted, and loves to share that with people new to the area.
Eliza resides in the Watson area of Fairmont with her husband, Chris. She enjoys reading, art, theater, traveling to visit family and friends, cooking, spending time with her husband and their dog, Layla, and volunteering with her breed rescue. A graduate of the Spruce School of Real Estate, and a recent first-time home buyer, Eliza can appreciate the emotion that buying or selling a home can bring. Having an enthusiastic attitude, joined with a stellar attention to details, she is determined to make the process as enjoyable as possible for each client.
