Paul’s family has resided in the Morgantown area for well over 100 years and have deep roots here. But Paul’s career prior to joining J.S. Walker Associates & Pinnacle Property Management, LLC was with a Fortune 100 Company that relocated him five times to various states during a ten year period. Each of these relocations required arranging rentals, selling a house and purchasing a new home. Seven of these were new construction. This experience helps Paul to know and understand first hand your needs. He can assist you with finding a rental unit, building a new home, purchasing an existing home or selling your home. Additionally, Paul can provide Property Management Services to assist you in finding tenants and managing your rental property. Paul is a full time Property Manager and Real Estate Agent. His commitment is to treat your transaction or property like his own.
